Doing The Work

 Prepping for our tour doesn’t happen in days. It happens over the weeks and month before. You put in base miles with some rides during the week of 1-2 hours. On weekends, we slowly stretch the distance in a single ride. 40 becomes 60. 60 goes to 70 or 80. Then you get to 100.


You do these things so it doesn’t hurt as much. There is less risk to your body when it’s conditioned.

We do it so we are ready to meet the challenge we have set for ourselves as our commit to fighting epilepsy.
