87 mile...reroute+ bad math=> 100 mile ride
We rolled out this morning about 630 in an attempt to avoid the heat.
It was nice and cool with long shadows of Sunrise.
About mile 40 we decided to change up our 87 mile route. I failed at doing math backward in my head and picked a turn around point that would actually put us at 97 miles by the time we got home.
Don’t judge me! They were delicious!

97 is completely unacceptable! So we chose to go for ALL! and ride 100 miles.
This meant an extra stop on the way back for water and food.
Don’t judge me! They were delicious!
Our training plan didn’t call for back to back centuries but we did it! And we have an even longer training ride planned for next weekend.
Fundraising is going okay. Thanks to all who already donated! Remember any amount is accepted!
On another note today marks 4 years since the last time we saw Anne before she died. That was a good day!
